  • Performing system analysis including hardware and software requirements.
  • Documenting the business processes and requirements.
  • Formulating of a project plan for the implementation of the database platform and ERP solution.
• Build
  • Establishing the cloud hosted environment where the ERP solution will be maintained.
  • Configuring the ERP solution based on the results of the design.
  • Identifying any required customizations to the standard functionality of the ERP solution.
  • Training of users based on their individual responsibilities and functions within the organization.
• Validation
  • UAT (User Acceptance testing) in a test environment to ensure the ERP solution meets the requirements of the business model and -processes.
• Go-live and post Go-live support
  • Formulating a cut over process according to the project plan from the current ERP solution to the new solution.
  • Deployment of the ERP solution in a live environment.
  • On-site availability to support users in performing the first month end procedure.
  • Any post Go-live support as required.
